Our Mission & Vision

The Softball Association of India (SAI) is committed to fostering the growth of softball at all levels—from grassroots to elite competition. Our mission is to create a sustainable ecosystem that nurtures talent, promotes gender equality in sports, and elevates India's standing in international softball.

We envision a future where softball is a popular and accessible sport across all states, with Indian teams consistently competing at Asian and World Championships. Our strategic pillars include development programs, coach education, infrastructure support, and robust competition frameworks.

Headquartered in New Delhi, SAI operates through state associations and works closely with schools, colleges, and private clubs. We are governed by an elected Executive Council comprising experienced sports administrators, former athletes, and technical experts.
